One day on 11/6/2021 one of my lady patients came with her son in my clinic. I knew that boy aged 18yrs. He was classmate of my son. That boy looked very pale and very weak. His mother told, he was not feeling well since March 2021. He had great weakness, not able to work. His complaints started with fever one day in March 2021. He took some treatment but not feeling well. He was referred to a well-known haematologist as his complete blood count showed all type of blood cells were decreased.
Then his mother showed me the file and prescription of that haematologist. I was shocked after seeing reports. his Hb never increased above 4.7 gm %. RBCs were 1.47 instead of 4.7, WBCs were 1870 or sometimes bellow instead of 4000 minimum, and platelets ranged 9000 to 23000 instead of 150000 minimum. All necessary investigation were done and case was diagnosed as APLASTIC ANEMIA, where his bone marrow failed to produce all types of blood cells. Aplastic anaemia sometimes becomes serious as this condition makes patient feel tired, increases patient’s risk of infections and makes patient bruise or bleed more easily.
Haematologist gave him proper treatment but there was no improvement in his general condition. Haematologist advised him to go for bone marrow transplant, and ATG and cyclosporine combination, which would cost him around Rs- 1200000/-. As this was a very big amount for the poor family, they couldn’t continue the treatment of that haematologist and preferred homoeopathic treatment and came to my clinic. And boy said with requesting tone that “uncle you can cure me with your homoeopathic treatment, I know it.” (अंकल मुझे मालूम है आप मुझे आपकी होमिओपॅथीक दवा से ठीक कर सकते हो l तो आप मुझे ठीक कर दो l)
On further history taking, he told me that he feels very weak and not able to walk few steps. He had blurred vision. He had pain in abdomen. He had vertigo. In previous history of illness, he had tinea infection on right cheek which was treated successfully (?) by allopathic medication. Then immediately after that he suffered from anaemia.
In physical generals, he had profuse perspiration on whole body mostly on back+++, appetite decreased. No specific desire. He has specific aversion to smoke of match box, cigarette, beedi. He was thirstless. his bowels were normal. His sleep was not refreshing. He was sensitive to heat in general.
About his mental symptoms – He desired company. He was too much attached to his mother, he had constant worry about his mother and her health as she is hypochondriac. He disliked his father as he is alcoholic and does not live with them. In his family history his grandfather and grandmother had IHD and MI, both of them deceased.
Here are some previous blood reports-
From all above history, his constitutional medicine was prescribed.
Then on his very first follow up on 22/6/21 his general symptoms improved, appetite increased, sleep improved, pallor and weakness decreased, no breathless on walking, No blurred vision, no abdominal pain. On that day, he complained of mild watery discharge from nose.
On his second follow-up on 7/8/2021, he complained of the tinea infection on right cheek. He took some allopathic tablets for tinea infection for two- three days. I advised him not to take those tablets and explained about the disease suppression. And I repeated his constitutional medicine on that day.
On subsequent follow-up, he showed tremendous improvement in his health and mind symptoms. His tinea infection and aplastic anaemia vanished with the help of his homoeopathic constitutional medicine.
After 13 month of treatment here is blood report.
Now all his blood cells are within normal limits. He feels much better now, Complains nothing.
