One day, one lean thin tall female patient aged 17 yrs. came to my clinic with her brother. Her chief complaint was a cyst on the lower lip near the right corner of mouth for 7 months. Size of cyst was increasing for 3 months. She already consulted few general practitioners and one ENT surgeon. All advised her to go for excision of cyst. Then her family members suggested her to try Homoeopathy. She took Homoeopathic treatment from another Homoeopath for 4-5 month without any improvement.
Her brother’s friend suggested my name for Homoeopathic treatment. They came to my clinic. They seemed doubtful about the treatment as they had already taken Homoeopathic treatment without relief and that Homoeopath had also suggested to go for surgery as there was no improvement. I assured them about the cure of cyst.
On detailed history taking, she was also suffering from headache with nausea and vomiting once or twice a week for one year. Character of headache was throbbing pain. Her headache was mostly in morning and night. Headache was better after vomiting and good sleep.
Her menstrual cycle was regular and flow for 3 days but she had tremendous pain in lower abdomen before menses. She had sleepiness during menses.
In family history, her father was died due to asthma. There was no major illness in her family.
In physical generals, perspiration was scanty, and was on face and nose. Her appetite was normal. she had desire for chicken and spices. She had aversion to milk. Her tongue was coated white and moist. She was thirsty. Her bowels were normal and satisfactory. Her sleep was normal and sound. She was sensitive to heat in general. On further inquiry, her nature was irritable and could anger easily.
On above history taking, her constitutional medicine was prescribed on 19/7/2022.
On very first follow-up visit, her general symptoms were improved. She did not have headache after starting Homoeopathic medicine. Size of submucous cyst was decreased.
On next visit on 2/9/2022 she did not have any complaint. submucous cyst was disappeared. Thus, the submucous cyst got cured in just one and half month.
